Brakzon is a software company registered in the United States and founded in late 2025. Brakzon creates its own software products — it does not build software to order. This Privacy Policy covers the Brakzon website (brakzon.com), Brakzon Atlas, and every other product and service offered by Brakzon — together, the "Services". It explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. Your name, email address and company details when you contact us, order a product key, or create an account for cloud features.
Information inside our products. Brakzon Atlas is designed offline-first. The business data you enter — contracts, projects, people, finances and documents — is stored on your own device and belongs to you. We do not receive it, unless you choose to enable cloud sync with a Premium key; in that case the data is stored securely so it can sync between your devices.
Technical information. Basic device and operating-system information, app diagnostics, and simple website usage data (such as pages visited), used to keep the Services working and improve them.
Payments. Orders are currently handled by email. If online payment is offered in the future, it will be processed by a payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
We never sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Services (such as hosting, email and payment providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services or to meet legal duties. Business data stored on your device stays under your control at all times.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is a design requirement for everything Brakzon builds.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@brakzon.com.
The Services are built for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we apply appropriate safeguards.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
