Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Brakzon website, Brakzon Atlas, or any other product or service offered by Brakzon (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Brakzon is a software company registered in the United States and founded in late 2025. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. The Services

The Services include this website, the Brakzon Atlas software, product keys, and related support. Features may be added, improved or changed over time.

3. Product keys and licences

• Premium features of Brakzon products are unlocked with a product key, sold monthly or yearly. A yearly key saves 15% compared to twelve monthly keys. There are no lifetime keys.
• One key activates one company. Keys are personal to the purchasing company and may not be shared, resold, published or transferred.
• Your licence to use our software is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and ends if you breach these terms.

4. Your data

The business data you create with our products belongs to you. You give Brakzon only the limited rights needed to operate the features you choose to use — for example, storing and syncing your data when you enable cloud features with a Premium key.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services for anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Do not reverse engineer the software, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Do not use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

6. Orders and payment

Prices are shown on the Store page or quoted by email. An order is confirmed when we confirm it by email. Applicable taxes may apply.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, the software, the Brakzon name and logos, and all related content belong to Brakzon or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Third-party services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party services (such as email or payment providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and Brakzon is not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We work hard to make our software dependable — Brakzon Atlas is built to keep working even offline — but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brakzon's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid Brakzon in the twelve months before the claim, and Brakzon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, including the laws of the State of Montana, unless the consumer law of your own country requires otherwise.
