Brakzon service agreement.

Our terms outline the responsibilities, service levels, and rights that guide every Brakzon engagement. Review them before launching a workspace or integrating with our APIs.

1. Access and eligibility

Workspaces are licensed to organisations. Each workspace is responsible for managing seat access, enforcing authentication, and monitoring usage according to internal policy.

2. Service levels

Brakzon targets 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance. Credits apply to any quarter that falls below the committed uptime.

3. Acceptable use

Customers must not abuse, probe, or overload the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in malicious activity or violating regulatory obligations.

4. Intellectual property

Customers retain ownership of their content. Brakzon holds intellectual property rights to the services, code, and design language provided under this agreement.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brakzon limits liability to the fees paid within the prior twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
