How It Works

Three steps to Premium.

Order

Choose monthly or yearly and send the order email with your company name and the email you use for Atlas, so your purchase is linked to the right account.

We confirm payment

We confirm your order and payment, then activate Premium on your account — monthly for one month, yearly for one year, extended from your current expiry if you renew early.

Refresh in Atlas

Open Atlas, go to the subscription screen, and tap refresh. Premium unlocks for your whole company — cloud sync, backup and the full template library.

Activation timing: a website order activates when Brakzon confirms your payment — it is not instant. On iPhone, Mac, and Android you can also subscribe directly inside Atlas instead.

How fast is my subscription activated?

After we confirm your payment — usually the same day you order. Then open Atlas and refresh your premium status on the subscription screen.

How do you link my order to my account?

You do not need to copy any ID from the app — the app no longer shows one. Just include your company name and the email you use for Atlas in your order email, and Brakzon matches your order to your account from those details when confirming payment. Then refresh your premium status in Atlas.

I use Windows — how do I pay?

From the subscription screen in Atlas on Windows, tap a package and you land here. Order by email with your company name and the email you use for Atlas, and after we confirm payment, refresh your status in Atlas. On iPhone, Mac, and Android you can subscribe directly inside the app instead.

Can my whole team use one subscription?

Yes. One subscription covers one company — your entire team works under the same subscription.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Atlas keeps working offline with all your data. Premium cloud features simply pause until you renew — monthly or yearly, your choice.

Will the Store sell anything besides subscriptions?

Yes. Subscriptions are the first thing on sale here. As Brakzon launches new products, they will appear in the Store too.
