Tasks, notes, checklists, attachments, and preferences sit inside a secure sandbox on your phone or desktop. Brakzon never receives a copy and no third-party cloud buckets are involved.

Brakzon Tasks works locally. We do not run a cloud sync, and nothing you capture leaves your hardware unless you explicitly export it.
Telemetry and diagnostics
We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or crash reports automatically. If something goes wrong you can send an optional log via email; nothing is transmitted without you initiating it.
Suggestions & voice
Smart Suggestions and voice capture run on-device. Prompts and transcripts live in local storage only and clear when you delete them or reset the app.
Backups & exports
Create offline backups or plain-text exports from settings. Files save to your device so you decide how and where to keep them.
Network activity
The app only touches the internet for update checks and when you follow links to support or store pages. Task names, schedules, and personal reflections never transmit anywhere.
Integrations
Calendar or reminder connections ride through the operating system APIs already on your device. No additional vendors receive your data, and you can turn each integration off without losing existing content.
Delete anytime
Clear the local database from settings or uninstall the app to erase everything at once. We publish step-by-step guides so you can confirm no traces remain.
